Splv2 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), proof of current address, and documentation related to the payment method used. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
Each splv2 member is permitted to hold one active account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds across every account involved, without any compensation. This includes accounts registered with different details but from the same device, IP address, or payment method.

Splv2 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own separate charges in accordance with their terms of service, and splv2 is not responsible for any such fees. All deposits will be credited to your splv2 account within the timeframes stated in the table above, subject to any security review that may be required for deposits exceeding certain thresholds.
Withdrawals from your splv2 account are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed:
Splv2 is committed to processing withdrawals in under 5 minutes for e-wallets and within 24 hours for FPX transactions. In cases requiring additional security review, processing may take up to 3 business days. splv2 will notify you by email if your withdrawal requires a longer processing time.
Splv2 is fully compliant with Malaysia's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Large withdrawals may require verification of the source of funds. splv2 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal that raises suspicion of unlawful activity while an internal investigation is conducted.

The splv2 VIP Programme has five tiers – Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. VIP tier eligibility is based on cumulative wagering volume over a defined period.
